IT Support role on offer for a market-leading design and manufacturing company that can offer opportunities for extensive training. They are renowned for having one of the most advanced machine shops in the South-East.Do you have an IT based qualification and experience in an IT role? Do you have experience of troubleshooting Cisco Ethernet Devices and Windows PC?Established over 25 years, this international company are a market leader in their industry. Owned by a wider group, they are well known for providing extensive training and progression for their employees. Due to widespread growth, they are looking for IT Support to join their tight-knit team.As IT Support you will provide direct first line support for the IT Systems installed within the production process. You will be performing a service based role, including the installation, maintenance and support of IT Systems in use in the production facility. You will also be logging and prioritising issues using existing helpdesk ticketing system and liaising with colleagues within and external to the IT department.The ideal candidate is someone with an IT based qualification. You will have experience in an IT based position. You will be highly motivated for extensive training and have experience of troubleshooting Cisco Ethernet Devices/Windows PC. You will be a proactive person who can use their own initiative as well as having effective communication skills.The Role:
