This is an opportunity to join a small but growing MSP located in the heart of London. They spend most of their time on clients sites - something their clients really value and which is attributing to their ongoing growth. They use some really great technologies and do not do things in half measures and believe in delivering great value and service to their clients. They are looking for energetic service orientated IT engineers to join them.
They are looking for a technically capable, IT engineer with 3+ years' experience. As you will be on-site with their clients you will need to have a great desk-side support manner. Initially you will be needed 3 days a week, but I expect this will increase to full-time from about June.
It is crucial that you are onsite from 7:00 until 16:45, without this they will not be able to consider your application.
The role is primarily desktop focused and working with the various service providers whenever there is an onsite issue however occasionally you may need to perform other duties including but not limited to liaising with suppliers/service providers.
- IT literacy with a good working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and the Microsoft Office platform.
- An ability to configure Windows 10 platform machines
- Active Directory administration
Desirable but by not essential:
- Experience with any RMM tool
- Experience with or a basic understanding of Bloomberg Software
- Experience with Etrali/IPC telephone systems
The day rate will be £120 - £140 per day depending on experience.
