My client is recruiting for a EUC Engineer on Windows to support their end use base on a 3 month rolling contract.

This role will be based at our offices in Lincolnshire and an important part of the role is supporting knowledge and skill sharing with other colleagues in the SPs, to improve the collective effectiveness and efficiency of the EUC service.

The Engineer will be expected to perform a variety of tasks depending on experience and capability to ensure good delivery of our support services within agreed customer SLAs. Devices supported will include normal end user IT devices (e.g. Laptops, desktops, printers etc), but will also include communication devices, audio visual equipment and IT related electrical devices.

Essential Skills:

*To provide on site and remote 2nd and 3rd Line IT support to a diverse end user base.

*To have good skills in fault finding Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Business Software and IT Hardware in a Windows network environment.

*To have a basic understanding of Local Area Network and wireless technologies, providing on site hand and eyes to infrastructure engineers and 3rd parties,

*To have knowledge of ITIL processes.

*To have excellent customer care, communication and inter-team skills.
