Due to the increased success of their products backed up by their fantastic service they are looking to recruit a Graduate Engineer to train and develop.In this role you will work on various small to large scale projects and will report into the Quality Manager. The projects will include refining company structures, improving production efficiencies and working within teams to develop existing processes. This role is offering a personal development plan where you will be able to learn new skills such as design software knowledge and lean manufacturing qualifications. Therefore, this role will suit a Graduate Engineer that has a degree or higher in an Engineering discipline with an understanding of Continuous Improvement techniques that is looking for a role where you can develop your skills and build a career.The Role:Managing various bespoke projects at one timeWorking with departments and teams to improve existing company processesImplementing a new stock management system to increase efficienciesPersonal development plan with progression opportunities into senior positionsThe Person:Degree educated with an Engineering background (manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, etc)Experience working on or managing any projectsCommutable to Woodley, Reading
