Senior IT Business Analyst - Change & Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst for one of our financial services clients in Bristol. In this role you will be responsible for the end-2-end analysis of all areas of IT Infrastructure, including desktop and laptop services, Service Management, Incident/Problem/Change Management, Telephony etc.

The successful applicant will be defining, analysing and documenting requirements, representing a model of the solution to serve as an intermediate step between the business need and the technical solution design. You will bring with you proven experience dealing with 3rd party supplier management.

You will bring will you an understanding and be able to communicate the value of Business & IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, taking into account process, people and technology.

Key Skills & Experience:

*Studying requirements feasibility to determine if the requirement is viable technically, operationally and economically (cost/benefit analysis)

*Having experience of infrastructure - including desktops, laptops and telephony services

*Prioritising requirements to reflect the fact that not all requirements are of equal value to the business, but finding ways to ensure that multiple parties can meet their own goals and interests (win-win situations) - promoting collaboration and discouraging a 'us' versus 'them' approach

*Validation and verification of requirements throughout a project to ensure that the solution satisfied the requirements

*Complete as-is analysis / problem statement for all other workstreams and start to develop to-be model (depending on findings)
