Technical Lead (Mobile iOS Android Agile TDD CI/CD). Are you an experienced Technical Lead with strong iOS and Android development skills looking for an opportunity to lead a talented engineering team? You could be joining a rapidly expanding challenger bank that offers a relaxed, friendly and technically challenging work environment with perks such as a casual dress code and flexible working hours.

As a Technical Lead you will lead a team of 4 - 6 developers to create compelling banking applications across the full development lifecycle. You'll remain hands-on spending 50% of your time creating responsive and reactive Android apps utilising the latest technology whilst also having an input on design and architecture decisions. The team has a strong focus on code quality, implementing TDD and continuous deployment, and enjoy learning and applying new technologies to find the best solutions to difficult technical problems. This role would suit a passionate software developer who is looking for an opportunity to progress their career and move into a leadership position.

Based in London, you will be joining a technology driven and collaborative team.

Requirements:

*Cross platform experience (iOS and Android)

*Good understanding of TDD and CI/CD

*Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals

*Understanding of Google and Android UI design principles, interface guidelines, patterns and practices

*Actively keep up to date with engineering best practice

*Passion for technology and clean code

*Advocate of Agile methodology

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
