IT Support Manager Bath £25,000 to £36,000 p. a. depending on experienceBeautiful Bath based Applications Support role for techie with great communication skills The RoleAs IT / Application Support Manager you will become the "go to" expert for the company's cloud-based software application designed to assist clients in managing their company spend. You will also work with the add-on tools to support clients with invoice scanning & accounts integration - and providing generalist technical, product and service based support to customers. Full training will be provided to the right individual with commensurate salary on offer depending on experience.The CompanyOur Bath based client provides a cloud-based software application called Zahara that manages the buying and spend in multi-location organisations. They have a growing global user-base including festivals, events companies, retail chains, restaurant chains and construction businesses. The software is designed in Bath and coded in Krakow.The PersonAs IT Application Support, you will be technically / IT experienced with a customer support focus and experienced in a similar role. With knowledge of application and desktop support as well as Windows server services & management, you will have:ability to create / run SQL queries & perform basic SQL admin tasksbroad understanding of Microsoft IISgood knowledge of Windows desktop (server and PC)problem solving and communication skillsability to work as part of a teamThe role is based in smart offices in Bath city centre and you will be working with a small team who are all extremely capable IT professionals.
