WHO ARE WE?
A leader in cloud based, workflow service management solutions , we are in a state of solid growth that will see our staff levels increase over the next 12 months. Part of our strategic growth hinges upon the success of our Software Engineering team, comprising of a number of technical disciplines.
To assist with this we are looking for a dedicated SCRUM Master to help guide our teams to use working methods that maximise efficiencies and job satisfaction.
THE ROLE
Due to organic growth, we have need for a skilled SCRUM Master to join us. The scope of the role will vary from day to day - some days you will be working with our small Agile teams working on communication and collaboration. The next you could be in our Scotland office working on retrospectives.
Although the role will be technically "hands off", we'd ideally like you to have a sound knowledge and understanding of software development within an Agile environment.
