Job Description:
My Client is currently looking to bring on a capable Business Change Manager to their Defence and Security Division to help support programmes of work and its customers.
With My Client you will become a part of a creative team and support program delivery within a rapidly changing environment. You can expect your work to involve Producing Business cases and elaborating on requirements as well as acting as a coach to Product Owners and other team members where necessary whilst planning high-level work prioritization.

Previous work within a Business Change RoleStrong Analytical as well as verbal and written communications skillsAn Ability to understand how the IT technology supports CustomersCapable of dealing with conflicting priorities between different specialist groups within a fast-paced Agile EnvironmentClearance:
