DevOps Engineer Location: ViennaStart: May 2019Duration: 31.12.2019 + extension4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week possibleJobnr.: 123250 For our client an international bank in Vienna, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer (AWS specialist). Your tasks:Providing an efficient delivery pipeline, covering build-, deployment- and test-automation as well as provisioning of infrastructure components on premise and in cloud infrastructuresDevises concepts, evaluates tools & technologies to set up a delivery pipeline infrastructureSupports developers, testers and operations to automate every aspect of the delivery pipelineEnsures efficient environment management in development-, test- and production environmentsDevises and enforces policies for developers, testers and operations that guarantee a stable delivery pipelineEstablishes solutions for logging and effective monitoringWork as part of an agile delivery team (Scrum) Your qualification:Profound experience with CD / DevOps methodology and good overview of related tools (or tool chains)Excellent knowledge of Unix Operating Systems, preferably Linux basedActive experience with cloud concepts and -providers, virtualization and containerizationVery good (shell-) scripting know howGood knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably Java) and SQLExperience in agile development (Scrum, Kanban)Knowledge of contemporary collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)Very good command of English (mandatory).
