Now, we're looking for a brilliant Associate Server Engineer to continue supporting HM Government's communication systems, making them safe and reliable. The role
Joining the Server Team, you'll not only provide support and incorporation of ICT servers, but playing an integral part in keeping the UK safe. To do so, you'll help deliver 2nd and 3rd line technical support. You'll assist the team to resolve incidents and problems across the business, helping with change programmes, upgrades and installing new systems. And beyond this, you'll spot emerging trends and help create tactical changes that'll improve the serves in the long-run. To join us as an Associate Server Engineer, we'll expect you to have: Knowledge of IT environments including: Windows Server operating systems. Active directory and group policy administration Fundamentals of TCP/IP networking. Experience delivering customer service in a technical environment. Knowledge of IT security technologies and principles. Be familiar with IT hardware and its peripherals.
