Now, we're looking for a brilliant Associate Network Engineer to continue supporting HM Government's communication systems, making them safe and reliable.
The role
As an Associate Network Engineer at HMGCC, you won't just create and support our network infrastructure, but also play an integral part in keeping the UK safe. As part of our team, you'll help us make the most of our network infrastructure. By improving, managing and monitoring the network equipment, you'll help us have a secure, functional network infrastructure services. On a day-to-day basis, you'll help communicate with customers using new technology throughout HMGCC. It's the care and attention to detail you'll bring to the team that'll keep us running smoothly, and, ultimately, protect the country.
Your profile
To join us as a Network Engineer, you'll have:

Experience with Cisco CCNA (or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of OSI Model, LAN and WAN technology.
Strong problem solving skills.
Experience using network monitoring tools or applications.
Good physical patch management skills.
Experience delivering customer service in a technical environment.
