The Client:

The client is a well established organisation based in Surrey and is looking for an Order Manager to join their team.

The Role;

* Educate order submitters on mandated information to decrease the order rejection rate

* Remain informed of carrier products, lead times and industry changes and how they interplay with the clients own products, lead times and ability to deliver on time.

* Ensure carrier circuits are handed over projects and operations right first time

* Interact with Telco's as required.

The Requirements:

* High level customer service skills to build and maintain relationships

* Attention to detail with data entry

* Microsoft Excel skills

* Good understanding of Order processing systems

* Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving

* Previous experience with Telecommunications

* Experience with Placing Multiprotocol Label Switching
