Now, we're looking for a brilliant Network Engineer to continue supporting HM Government's communication systems, making them safe and reliable. The role
Being a Network Engineer at HMGCC means not only creating and supporting our network infrastructure, but also playing an integral part in keeping the UK safe. To do so, you'll make sure we make the most of our network infrastructure equipment by improving, managing and monitoring the network. This'll help us have a secure, functional network infrastructure services. On a day-to-day basis, you'll help communicate with customers using new technology throughout HMGCC. It's your care and attention to detail that'll keep us running smoothly and, ultimately, protect the country. Your profile
To join us as a Network Engineer, you'll have: Experience and good knowledge of Cisco CCNA. Strong network diagnostic skills. Experience with multi-vendor hardware, including: Switch Router Firewall Excellent documentation skills. Experience delivering customer service in a technical environment. To be part of our team, you'll also need to be proactive and forward-thinking, and, ideally, you'll: Have a good knowledge of Wifi technologies. Think creatively and approach solutions in innovative ways. Stick to clearly defined and realistic objectives. Encourage positive working relationships. Rewards
