Head of ProductWe are looking for a Head of Product to join a successful and innovative digital start up at an important stage of their journey to make an impact in the education space. You will lead the expansion of their digital platform through the entire development lifecycle while working closely with senior stakeholders and engineers; gathering requirements, making key decisions and encouraging best practice.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Product to utilise their leadership skills and fulfil their vision of a successful and fully functional digital platform. As the Head of Product, you will draw on your expertise of release cycles, data analysis and will match stakeholder and business demand with customer behaviour and research in order to create solutions. The Head of Product will be responsible for driving innovation and inspiration in a collaborative environment.The successful Head of Product will be a naturally strong communicator, able to professionally articulate beliefs and visions for a successful product.Key skills needed for the Head of Product:Previous experience in a Product Manager position (or similar) within a start-up environment essential.Demonstrable experience of product release cycle.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Experience of working in agile environment.Confidence during key decision-making process.Team Management/Leadership experience.Head of Product - digital, education, leading, teams, stakeholder, communication, agile.Location: London, SE1Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + benefitsPlease apply for immediate consideration!Understanding Recruitment are acting as an agency on behalf of this vacancy.
