Role: Infrastructure/2nd Line Support

Contract: 12 Months

Rate: £200 per day

Our leading client are recruiting for an infrastructure support/2nd line support to join the business on a 12 month contract to work on Video Conferencing along with Windows 10 and Windows systems.

Skills and experience required

*Video conferencing management and maintenance

*Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range IT infrastructure environments.

*Strong understanding of effective customer service.

*Relevant technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite of products.

*Relevant technical knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.

*Relevant technical knowledge of IT infrastructure.

*Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults.

*Desirable: sound knowledge of network infrastructure and basic network troubleshooting.
