About the role:

We are now on the lookout for a Chatbot Data Modeler, who possess strong analytical skills and is self-directed and forward-thinking. As this individual will become a key player in the teaching and evolution of AI chatbots for our clients. Day-to-day tasks will include build the language model behind a chatbot, by devising lists of frequently asked/anticipated questions and helping to build conversational flow diagrams. Other tasks are monitoring chatbots accuracy and improvement and making recommendations for improving the overall user experience. 

For the successful candidate, training will be provided to ensure that they become proficient in AI processes.

The role is ideal for experienced data analysts and have knowledge of AI or those in a similar role and are looking to work on our Big Brain chatbots.
