Product Business Analyst | London | £70,000 (DOE)One of the UK's largest Media Ownders are seeking highly skilled Business Analysts to join their new & growing team. Working alongside a mix of talented BAs, Product Owners and QAs- this role will involve working on a major Waterfall to Agile transformation project. Based in the energetic streets of Soho in a state-of-the-art office, you will be repsonsible for creating the future of Out-of-home media.My client are delivering the most powerful and engaging advertising campaigns through the UK's best creative platforms, mind-blowing special builds and most unique technologies. Working in partnership of some of the UK's biggest household names, their dedicated team of more than 650 people work in 14 locations nationwide to create and post stunning advertising.Now, where do you come in? You will work closely within the Agile product delivery team and with the product owner to enhance and improve the product, as well as reducing delivery time. Yuo will be ensuring where possible user stories can be delivered in a single sprint whilst still adding value and ensuring large scale requirements are planned and are broken down into practical milestones.To be considered for this position, experience in the following is desired: Business Analyst Skills The successful candidate will be an expert in writing user stories, gathering and documenting business requirements and have experience as a business analyst within software production teams.Stakeholder Management Excellent communcation skills & the ability to build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders is one of the most important aspects of this position. This is why you will be able to work closely with tech leads and developers and have experience liaising directly with customers and senior management.Methodologies As well as having a good understanding of software development processes, architecture and design from within a software development environment. You will have worked in an Agile environment and be familiar with Scrum principles. If you have been involved in a Waterfall to Agile transformation and have a strong understanding of Waterfall principles too then this is highly beneficial.But, what can the client offer you in return? Along with growth and development within the company, you will also be rewarded with a base salary of up to £70,000 (depending on experience).
