Our client is currently looking for two dynamic Lead Business Analysts to join the growing BA team in their Application Business Services team who are tasked with the delivery and design and support thereafter of all business applications which will enable the operational, commercial, and enterprise level business processes on a global scale. This role will offer the successful Business Analysts irregular travel opportunities both in the UK and globally. On offer; great salary + fab company benefits (including bonus) + relocation allowance if requiredKey skills and experience required;Must be able to demonstrate solid experience in a senior level Business Analyst role with man-management responsibilitiesBe able to lead a single work streamMust have proven experience in a commercial/professional business analysis capacity with exposure to broad and complex business situations in a large-scale business environmentExperience working in a change/business transformation environmentMust have experience in IT systems in one or as many of the following business areas; Manufacturing, supply-chain, logistics, product development....You will also have experience working in an engineering/manufacturing field - Automotive, aerospace, OEM, electronicsPrevious experience of analysis and work closely with the finance function to include costing and accounting structures and standardsExperienced in working on large-scale information systems both in terms of implementation and enhancement and be able to identify improvementsMust demonstrate excellent soft skills and gravitas to influence and communicate at a very senior level Excellent business acumenIf you are an experienced Lead Business Analyst or ambitious Senior Business Analyst with management skills (with excellent understanding of IT business systems in a manufacturing/engineering environment within supply-chain, procurement, logistics, and/or product development) and you are looking for a totally unique role working on something that will revolutionise how we travel in the future, please reply asap for immediate consideration!
