My client is looking for an E-Learning Designer to work in their Glasgow office to design an e-learning compliance project. Some of the skills that they require are stated below:-The skills they are looking for are:-
Extensive skills in using E-Learning Authoring Tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline)Graphic Design including Adobe Creative Cloud (inc: Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects), CamtasiaHTML5 Coding (for portal, UX and web development)Best practice of end to end video production, deep understanding of all types of video technology, application of videoAn excellent understanding of learning theory and training methodologyDeep specialist understanding and knowledge of a variety of multi-media and digital learning technologiesUnderstands the benefits of designing to a variety of delivery channels e.g. e-learning, instructor led Training, virtual and informal learning depending on requirements or audienceRelationship Management SkillsProject Management and Methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)Deep understanding of the current and future Group strategy, ensuring alignmentExternal awareness and insightEstablished network to develop and create future opportunitiesDeep specialist understanding and knowledge of a variety of multi-media and digital learning technologiesUnderstanding the financial services sector in particular around KYBP, KYC, AML compliance and FCA regulations
