Position: Project Manager

Location: Dublin

Salary: EUR65,000 - EUR75,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) + Car Allowance & Benefits

Contract Type: PermanentPROJECT MANAGEROur client a leading information technology solutions organisation is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong customer facing and stakeholder management experience to join their team and support their end clients based in DublinProject Manager KEY Responsibilities:Manages project delivery scope and budget, works with project sponsors and partners to prepare delivery plans, tracks and reports progress against plan.Manages project scope, including control of any changesPerforms regular project risk analysis and uses as a basis to develop contingency plans for execution when necessary.Builds relationship with key project stakeholders, ensures project lifecycle, execution and reporting is in compliance with SDLC and PMO standards.Ensure an appropriate quality plan is in place for project delivery and all stakeholders and delivery partners understand their part in project execution.Manage resource assignment to the project to ensure the necessary resources are made available at the right time to support project execution.Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project. Monitor and manage the project delivery against product roadmap. Must be familiar with the system's scope and project objectives (initiatives and critical path features)Identify and monitor project risks.Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business.Ensure the project aligns with the business objectives, project/train schedules, and project budget.Effectively deal with difficult situations. Help develop solutions to complex problems.Apply agile methodologiesProject Manager Requirements:At least 5 years proven Project Management experience in a similar roleFull lifecycle Project Management experience and expertiseAgile Project Management CertificationExperience in a variety of Project types: Service TransitionInfrastructure BuildApplications DevelopmentGeneral Implementation of; New Technologies (Cloud computing), Traditional Client Server/Networking/Datacentre build etc, NetworkingA Technical background is definitely an advantage but not essentialStrong customer facing and stakeholder management experienceExcellent team player working with Subject Matter expertsExcellent understanding/quick learner of technical conceptsTeam management experienceAn understanding of Contract managementExperience in Supplier/Customer Project DeliveryA sound grasp of Project Finances and Project AccountingExperience managing project P&L'sAn understanding of Contract managementSelf-Starter with EnergyFlexible and willing to travelChange management experienceBig picture understanding and the ability to identify opportunities within customer accounts
