Quantity Surveyor

This Quantity Surveyor role offers some of the best working benefits in the industry.This role offers fantastic work / life balance for the Quantity Surveyor as you will work a 37 hour week, with flexible working hours and a 12:30pm finish on Friday.The Quantity Surveyor will get the opportunity to work in a niche / expanding sector.The successful Quantity Surveyor must have good experience and knowledge of NEC 3 contracts, however they are open to any background from build, construction, infrastructure, civils or utilities.NEC 3 option E knowledge would be beneficial but good experience of the NEC 3 suite of contracts will suit.This is also a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking for strong job stability as the client has long term frameworks secured with contracts that last 10 - 15 years.Quantity Surveyor Requirements -Main Contractor experience-Good knowledge and experience of NEC 3 contracts (Essential)-UK Driving licence-Able to build strong relationships with project / site teams

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Leicester

Other benefits: 25 days holiday, pool car for all site visits, 6% pension
