Junior Project Manager / Implementation LeadOur leading insurance client urgently requires a Junior Project Manager / Implementation Lead to join them on an initial contract until November 2019 with the potential to extend.Key requirements include:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   5+ years of project management experience in a global organization                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   High proficiency in project management tools                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   2+ years' experience of financial and resource planning                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Demonstrable experience of planning complex projects, identifying dependencies, risk mitigation and stakeholder management                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   An ability to work cross-regionally and regionally                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Certified in project managementRequired skills:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Excellent communications skills at both the project team and management level                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Relevant experience managing projects and project teams within a global matrix environment, respecting different cultures and time zones                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   An ability to collaborate effectively across IT teams, our third party strategic partner and vendors                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   A willingness to take on tasks that are not strictly a PM's responsibility in order to get them completed, because project resources are not dedicated                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   An ability to challenge SMEs to ensure the best solution is proposed                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Customer focused with a "can do" attitude                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint Junior Project Manager / Implementation LeadDue to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted. Proactive Appointments Limited operates as an employment agency and employment business and is an equal opportunities organisation
