Urgently seeking an office relocation project manager for a 14 month contract in London to start ASAP. The role is working for a global commercial customer as they are relocating their office space. Key DutiesProviding leadership on the project and delivering to agreed timescalesTranslating business requirements into what can be practically implemented in the new office spaceCollaborating with construction and technical teams to ensure the solutions are implemented correctlyLiaising with client and architects / suppliers to ensure design requirements metReviewing project plans and allocating resourcesBudgeting and costs managementStakeholder engagement on project boardWorking to agreed delivery frameworks
