Duration: 6-12 months

Main Responsibilities

Create new Supplier Services, using existing systems and legal documents to identify and populate data fieldsIdentify areas of inconsistency in existing data records and work with the owners of the contract (Partner Managers) to resolve any ambiguityWork with Partner Managers to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated dataObtain sign-off for the migrated data from key internal stakeholdersUpdate legacy systems to provide links to the new Supplier Service recordsProvide feedback and requirements to other programme members to further develop and enhance the tools used to capture and manage the full complexity of rights and duties associated with Supplier Contracts

Essential Skills

Experience working on large, complex data compilation and analysis projectsExperience of the challenges in analysing and reconciling high volumes of complex and often poorly understood and /or documented contractual and commercial rulesAbility to work with senior subject matter experts to validate assumptions and review resultsAbility to absorb large amounts of detail and complexityExperience working in a highly data-centric environmentAbility to work under pressureEagerness to learnExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong questioning and analytical skills· Excellent attention to detail· Advanced Excel skillsGeneral familiarity of financial markets (preferred)· Familiarity with financial market and reference data (preferred)University level education (preferred)Please submit CVs in the first instance
