We are a creative studio and research lab that designs and builds interactive visitor attractions and events. We've been creating experiences rich with creative technology since 1998, and continue to pioneer interactive attractions that enchant, excite and immerse the senses.
We have an established research lab, meaning we can offer unique technologies and ideas. We are artists, inventors, engineers, designers, and planners dedicated to creating world class projects from concept through to production.
We offer an end to end service, working and collaborating with our clients to develop concepts, test their feasibility, then design, build install, launch and support your experience.
Our London office is looking for a talented Lead Digital Producer.
You'll be part of a successful and super-fast-moving creative technology company that creates and delivers extraordinary experiences for clients; from theme parks, visitor attractions to events and exhibitions.

The Lead Digital Producer Role
This is a role that's all about delivery.
Coordinating both internal and external teams of Developers, Creatives, Programmers and Technical AV Integrators, you will be responsible for the full roll out of innovative and forward-thinking digital projects and solutions for our global clients.
You will assess the technical feasibility of creative concepts with the team, and support the development of quick prototypes to pitch solutions to our clients.
Project Management:
+ Responsible for accurate budgets, keeping to targeted margins, ensuring budgets are profitable and managing time spent throughout the production.
+ To lead and manage the team across multiple projects to meet the goals and fulfill the contract requirements
+ Ensuring all project requirements are captured as tasks in the project plan, with reasonable estimates, dates and sequencing of dependent activities
+ You will be familiar with, and be leading the daily scrum process and responsible for the day to day management of projects, ensuring all actions and tasks are followed up efficiently by the relevant team members
+ Review and sign off relevant studio timelines, cost estimates and SOWs before they go to client.
+ Proactively managing risk
+ Ensuring work is subject to appropriate quality control
+ Communicating effectively and professionally with clients and suppliers, building rapport and optimising our position
Business Development:
+ Work closely with the Managing Director to lead exploration of new projects, maximise opportunities and grow existing relationships
+ Participate in new business pitches and attend meetings with prospective clients
+ Head up our responses to client and agency briefs and RFPs, coordinate pitches
+ Responsible for scoping and quoting projects, treatments and production proposals
About You
+ We are looking for a passionate, inquisitive, problem solving ‘do-er', who thrives working in a fast paced environment with an expanding growth strategy.
+ You are collaborative, transparent, honest, show initiative and are driven by achieving amazing results for our clients.
+ You demonstrate excellent communication skills with our designers, developers, technicians and clients, you have an outstanding attention to detail, and have proven success working directly with creative and technical teams.
+ When it comes to development, you will have a functional knowledge of software development and code and will have a strategic understanding of the digital environment and emerging technologies and trends.
+ You will have a knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum processes.
+ 5+ years of Digital Producer / Digital Account Director experience, with a deep rooted passion for audio visual and immersive technology is a must. You will ideally have produced events, advertising, mobile, games and have hands-on experience of delivering digital projects from scoping to delivery.
+ You are likely to have come from an experiential events creative agency, or a production house with a solid track record of working with diverse teams delivering creative technical projects.
