If so, then please see below.Process Manager (Hot-End Process) Runcorn: Up to £55kHuxley Engineering and a Global Heavy Process Company (Employ 125k People Globally & T/O £40bn) are looking to recruit a Hot-End Process Manager on a permanent basis for their large Production facility in the Runcorn area.Reporting into the Site Operations Manager, the role of the Process Manager to deliver the safe and efficient operation of the Hot End Furnace (melting and fiberising process), developing both Hot-End Processes & Teams.The Key Accountabilities of the Process Manager are:PerformanceControl operational performance to achieve annual production targets and associated plant KPIs.Ensure WCM methodology is embedded and used as the key process in identifying and prioritising plant losses and initiating continuous improvement, delivering against the annual cost deployment matrix.Manage and drive WCM systems down to the shift teams - basic tools (QK, OPL, 5S, tagging) and the Autonomous Maintenance pillar.Control operational costs against budget, and deliver cost reductions.LeadershipResponsible for developing and managing the performance of 5 shift teams, performance managers and process engineers.Through appropriate management style, foster a culture of engagement, commitment and continuous improvement within the plant, coaching and developing a leadership style amongst the management population that will support this culture.Support the Plant WCM program deployment in the formation of the plant business strategy and play a key role in delivering against the strategy.To deliver performance and efficiency improvements and cost reduction in the plant, by application of WCM techniquesTo develop and improve the plant mainline and ancillary processes.To develop the technical knowledge within the plant management and shift teamsSpecifically, my client is looking for a Process Manager who possesses the following:Ideally degree educated (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Glass Melting) or equivalentPrevious experience in a Process Engineering / Process Lead / Process Management role within Production Environment (ideally Pyro-Processing or similar continuous production environment Ie Steel Works, Refinery, Glass Float etc)Knowledge of continuous improvement (WCM) techniquesHigh numeric and analytic skills For the successful Process Manager a salary up to £55,000 is on offer and this Process Manager role is commutable from Chester, Liverpool, Warrington, South Manchester, Runcorn, Widnes, Northwich, Speke, St Helens.To be considered for this Process Manager role, please apply the link below To find out more about Huxley Engineering, please visit www.huxleyengineering.comHuxley Engineering, a trading division of SThree Partnership LLP is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy | Registered office | 1st Floor, 75 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BE, United Kingdom | Partnership Number | OC387148 England and Wales
