Job Role: Source to pay - Sourcing & Contract LeadTeam: Finance TransformationLocation: London or BristolContract Length: 6 Months Role Purpose:Create, source and own the relationships for the Design, integration and sourcing contracts authority to transform BT's global Sourcing and Contracts process, policy and control across all CFUs and CUsLead, coach and mobilise other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the tower.Lead on managing the business stakeholder input into detailed designs and requirementsManage sign off to policy changes required for overall designEnsure all necessary controls are embedded into the design, signed off by the controls team ready for deployment into BAULead the "fit to standard" workshops for Sourcing & Contract ensuring business requirements are fully reflected in the end to end design, exceptions to standard are minimised, best practices/use cases fully leveraged and implications for new ways of working are fully understood.Accountable for testing & quality managementLead and partner in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.Lead quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfil the requirements.Review and approval of test scripts and execution of testing to ensure requirements are met in the end solution.Identify and manage critical path dependencies as part of supporting the development of the overall Source to Payroadmap.Sourcing & contract that the programme team and CFU/CU teams work together to transition processes into the business as part of deployment and ensure business adoption.Knowledge in financial business acumen (e.g. KPI's, business cases)Trusted advisor (Stakeholder skills) Experience Required:Candidate must show demonstrable knowledge and expertise of developing Sourcing & Contracts strategies, processes and reporting best practices and improvement enablersIdeal candidates will have experience implementing SAP Hana procurement modules in particular AribaMust hold operational experience of delivering Sourcing & Contract services for multiple direct and indirect categories to multiple business units across multiple geographiesExperience of delivering successful transformation projects where activities are managed in a matrix structureExperience leading and managing global teamsCulturally aligned
