Engagement Lead 6 MonthsLondon Role PurposeCreate , own and shape the programme communications and engagement plan; identify, produce, plan and coordinate the production of pivotal communications and engagement interventions for the programmeGenerate innovative communication solutions; trying different ways to solve engagement gaps and create opportunities for the programmeManage a network of complex senior stakeholders to execute a coordinated programme communications planPrepare and/or co-ordinate collateral for (CFU/Group Finance Director/CFO) all hands or events as requiredManage the Engagement Specialist/s providing leadership skills, performance management, coaching, development & mentoringLead & direct the Change & Engagement network & leverage them for effective programme communicationsWork with Group Comms and CFU/CU comms leads to ensure seamless delivery of messages across the groupEnsure all engagement activity and collateral accurately manages stakeholder expectations of the MFB programme and builds credibility over timeInitiate change to improve the business unit and develop simple, practical, pragmatic solutions to address needs: e.g. internal comms; channels, content, frequency etc (including share point design and build)Create/build and be a guardian of the programme brand. Maintain and review communications and project branding standards to support a consistent image for the project.Create a story-telling culture, internally and externally, around change programmes to increase engagement, brand awareness and credibility of what we're doingSenior Stakeholder EngagementInternal communicationsChange Impact Analysis.Programme/ Project CommunicationTrainingFinancial awareness (core processes)Experience required:Experience of working within a complex Change Management & Engagement function of a large organisation, leading engagement on business critical projectsExperience of dealing with challenge and conflict using influencing and empathy skills to resolveAbility to build and manage relationships at all levels (up to Exec) and across varying functions of the organisationExperience of working in a Finance organisation, with knowledge/understanding of the Tower process activities and associated interdependenciesStrong influencing skills & the ability to coach and influence senior leaders to enable effective communicationChange Management experience during times of major restructuring and transformation
