Asset Data Analyst - 6 & 12 moth contracts

Salary: £200-270 p/day

Location: West Yorkshire

Purpose of the role

As an Asset Data Analyst, you will ensure that our clients colleagues and partners can correctly provide Asset Data and Information and use corporate systems in accordance with their specifications, requirements and policies; to maintain data standards and hierarchies to enable effective data collection; to audit compliance against the specifications and standards through documents and site audits; to identify and report non-compliance and take corrective action.

Key Accountabilities

* Comply with processes and procedure to meet applicable standards e.g. ISO9001 and Legal requirements

* Identify opportunities to improve data quality and work with Partners and Colleagues to implement them.

* Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes to collect and maintain data; and work with Partners and Colleagues to implement them.

* Assist in the development of data standards, procedures, definitions and Governance processes.

* Provide regular and ad-hoc reports

* Analyse performance data to provide information about compliance with processes and data quality.

* Maintain and update asset data systems, hierarchies, schematics and asset data.

* To digitise new or existing network information received from the organisation and service partners within agreed timescales and targets.

* Ensure partners comply with company policies and follow agreed processes and procedures so that all data populated and digitised complies with data quality standards and contract specifications.

* Liaise with partners, Colleagues and the Partner Support team to raise queries where data received does not meet the clients data standards and identify areas of poor performance.

* Ensure that partners provide complete and correct data and information when non-conformance has been identified.

* Assist with projects to use mapping data.

* Analyse processes and data quality reports.

Desirable:

*Knowledge of Asset management principles

*Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications

*Experience of working with Data

*Familiarisation with SAP Application
