* maintaining and supporting Live Service spanning across 4 data centres and 4 main office locations

* addressing risk and audit issues as identified

* enabling migration to the new IRIS UK platformMandatory:

* be a good communicator: written, verbal and presentation

* be used to interacting at senior Exec level within Customer organisations

* have demonstrated ability to remain effective under extreme pressure

* have a track record of successful major project delivery

* understand all aspects of maintaining a Live Service

* understand all aspects of data centre infrastructure and operationHighly Desirable:
