You will need experience with Win 10, Office 365, SCCM, SharePoint, Veeam and ITIL as they are the technologies you will be supporting on a day to day basis.Main Duties:

Application Support

Workstation Builds (configuring new starter IT etc.)

Backups

Basic server support

Basic networking support Essential Experience:
