Looking for a strong 3rd line engineer to join our client based in Chiswick.

Senior 3rd Line Engineer

* Advises on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism and can make appropriate choices from alternatives.

* Assesses and evaluates risk.

* Proactively ensures security is appropriately addressed within their area by self and others. Engages or works with security specialists as necessary.

Basic Skills/Experience

* Has in-depth commercial and technical expertise, often in a variety of environments.

* Demonstrates the special leadership skills needed to handle innovation and change resulting from the implementation of new information and communications technology solutions.

* Possesses a good level of management skills, with particular emphasis on interpersonal and negotiating skills

* Demonstrates an understanding of current developments in the application of Information Systems and is able to assimilate and interpret advice from specialists - technical or otherwise.

* Has some knowledge of IT standards, policies, regulations, compliance and codes of conduct.

* Demonstrates good negotiation skills with experience of dealing with users, other staff and suppliers.
