You will be working in a fast paced, competitive environment within which you need to be hard working and prepared to work long hours in order to do well.Your responsibilities will involve cold calling and building relationships with people at all levels of business. You will be in charge of the development and growth of both client and candidate relationships in the market you are working in. You will be given award winning training in all aspects of sales, recruitment and head-hunting in a first class career development plan.In return for your hard work, you will benefit from a competitive base salary of £17,500 +uncapped commission, company benefit package and a diverse set of incentives. In particular, we offer all-expense paid trips and exclusive event hospitality to places such as the Monaco Grand Prix.
