Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients.

Based in Birmingham, our client is looking for a Management Accountant on an initial 6 month contract.

Role Purpose:

To maintain the preparation of the month end management reporting and expense process for the company's business unit, and develop the reporting suite in line with business requirements.

Skills & Experience needed:

*Good knowledge of insurance accounting and reporting preferred but not essential

*Knowledge of best practice in relation to financial reporting and operational controls

*Experience of building and/or maintaining general insurance financial models to plan/forecast financial performance desirable.

*Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, ACMA) or part qualified accountant with appropriate relevant sector experience
