Due to continual workload and ever-demanding clientele, they're now offering a graduate engineer a fantastic introductory into the industry.In this role you will be exposed to the day to day life of a senior structural engineer, as they mentor you through the workload. The work will be a mixture of office based and site based, giving you a a real understanding of the exciting projects they're involved in. As a smaller firm this will give you an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the projects and company operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring structural surveys, calculations, site visits and reports whilst working closely with the architects, guaranteeing no two days will be the same.This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to get their foot in the door to the industry, working for an employee focused company offering uncapped progression and constant training towards their chartership.
