£450p/dMain Description:Perform all activities to collect data and populate the DeskCenter software asset inventory tool, as follows:Legal Entitlement (evidence based e.g. physical contract, vendor validation etc.)Product CostsProduct AllocationProduct Usage (Bank and Financial Services)Develop and implement the SAM reporting suite (Bank and Financial Services Reporting)

Role Responsibilities:

* Previous exposure to software licensing and software asset management working practices

* Exposure to ITIL V3 service management principles and working in a service centric environment.

* Strong entrepreneurial thinking, actively looking for innovative ideas and opportunities for service improvement.

* Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to demonstrate systematic thought processes.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent time-management skills.

* Excellent negotiation skills.
