The successful candidate will undertake Facility assurance reviews across various sites with particular emphasis upon a risk based schedule. In addition, the role will support continuous improvement activities.Providing assurance of Facilities by means of audits, inspections, reviews and investigations, including identifying findings and recommendations and following the actions through to closureProduction of a Facilities Assurance PlanDelivering cultural change into a corporate environmentMaintaining an expert knowledge of relevant existing legislation and regulationBuild and maintain a critical Friendship with Facilities managers in order to coach and lead them

Key Capabilities/KnowledgeDegree qualified or equivalent professional development in a technical or engineering subjectmust have experience in safety engineering - safety case, risk management, hazard, safety assuranceAn excellent working knowledge of Health and SafetyStrong experience in a similar roleFirst class written, verbal and presentation skills with the aptitude to sustain a rational argumentThe ability to think creatively and exercise sound judgement based on analysis of riskExcellent behavioural skills such as relationship building, leadership and coaching skills and strong work ethic
