Project Manger/Business Process Outsourcing/ 6 months/ £600-£900 per day

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Clients who are seeking to bring on a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Project Manager

Location: Canary Wharf - London

Duration: 6 month contract

Rate: £600- £900 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interim Project Manager to manage a high profile Business Process Outsourcing Program.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

*Identifying, managing and tracking the overall scope, objectives, & critical success factors of the programs

*Ownership of the end to end plan, including the identification of critical dependencies and risks likely to impact cost, time, and quality

*Ongoing management and mitigation risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate and owning them through to resolution

*Liaising between Legal, Compliance, Product Management, Development Management, and business stakeholders to foster quality communications and solution alignment

*Tracking and reporting project progress to stakeholders with a focus on budget, scope, resources, and schedule.

*Timely escalations as necessary

Professional Qualifications, Experience and Personality:

Recent experience in managing a Business Process Outsourcing program in a highly regulated environment, ideally in the Payments sector

*Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing change and/or IT projects using an Agile/Scrum/Waterfall approach.

*Previous experience working in Finance or Payment Operations preferable

*Familiar working in a Matrix organization working with scrum teams, executive management, IT, without direct control of resources and with global geographical spread.

*Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management and project & program planning

*Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.

*Conflict resolution to understand various obstacles and applying negotiation skills to find optimal solutions.

*Experience working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones in a culturally diverse environment.

*Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE 2, or other Project Management qualification would be considered an advantage
