If you are an 2nd Line Support Engineer ready to be inspired by a talented team at our clients Hertfordshire office, then please read on.

2nd Line Support Engineer with a team player-type attitude, have worked in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about technology should apply TODAY.

You will work closely with members of local and global IT teams to ensure the secure and efficient delivery of services.

THE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

2nd Line Support Engineers who have demonstrable experience of administration of Windows operating systems (Windows Server 2012, 2016, Windows 7, 10) and supporting hardware, printers, desktops, servers and mobile devices will be of interest to our client.

You will need to meet deadlines and deliver information in a timely fashion and understand the issues involved in IT delivery in a global business, including awareness of security, governance, procurement requirements and constraints.

THE ADDITIONALS:

We are looking for an individual who can manage Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policies along with a good understanding of Linux operating systems.

Individuals with knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, firewalls) and SSL certificate processes : will be highly sort after.

THE DESIRABLES:

2nd Line Support Engineers with strong knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting server and network performance, Email, Antivirus & Backup software and can provide daily support for internal applications and common 3rd party software - are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
