Business Analyst- Process Outsourcing Ops/Risk / 6 month contract/London/ £500- £700 per day

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Clients who are seeking to recruit Business Analyst who has experience ideally in processes outsourcing in Operations, Risks & Compliance within the payments sector

Location: Canary Wharf - London

Duration: 6 month contract

Rate: £500- £700 per day

Requirements and Responsibilities

Experience in processes outsourcing in Operations, Risk or Compliance within the payment sector

Understand and document high level business, functional and non functional requirements

Experience in working in fast paced Digital Environment

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and approach

Accessing documenting SLAs and OLAs as required

Business and systems process mapping

Documenting workflows and gap analysis

Remove ambiguity and champion simplicity

Identifying process efficiencies within the Operations, Risk and/or Compliance department

Identifying and defining current business issues and problems

Support the Project and Programme Teams, Project Manager, Workstream Leads, PMO and SME's

Passionate about process re-engineering
