Technical Solutions Consultant with native French wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:University Degree in Software Engineering and/or Computer Science as well as at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience in a customer facing roleStrong troubleshooting skills in common web technologies, such as HTTP(S), (S)FTP, and REST APIs Bash and Python scripting are must haveStrong demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases (automation, report generation, root cause analysis) is desirableFamiliarity with version control and Linux, Unix or Mac terminal environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills, especially for working across geographically dispersed functions and with various cross functional stakeholdersLanguages: Fluent French and English, both written and spokenYour tasks:Providing an end-to-end support to the business partners, from deployment of code to solve business challenges to ongoing support of daily businessHelping the clients resolving day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions as well as providing a day to day support to the front line teams with technical questions coming from partners Designing and implementing reporting dashboards and SQL queries Providing documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients' integrationsImproving product offerings by providing client feedback on the company's features Ensuring the prompt and proper resolution of any technical challengesStart: ASAP
