IT Service Desk Manager
A brand new and every exciting role has arisen for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join one of the biggest & well-known charities based in Kings Cross, Central London. As the IT Service Desk Manager, you will need brilliant line management skills of both 1st & 2nd line support, the ability to work with senior stakeholder and deliver and improve SLA's. This charity is embarking on a major IT change and how they deliver IT Support in which they will be adopting an 'Apple Genius Bar' take on IT Support, in which you will have a major part in this project.
As the IT Service Desk Manager, you will need brilliant line management skills and experience in managing large teams, as you will be expanding the team over the next 12 months. This team is currently under performing so they need someone to come onboard and drive high standards to deliver excellent performance & improve SLA's. This is a brilliant chance for someone to take the next step in their career and learn new skills, manage a large team and really help a charity thrive.
Skills required for the IT Service Desk Manager are:
- Proven line management skills across relativity large teams
- Ability to drive high IT standards and improve SLA's
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Great knowledge on ITIL

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 + Brilliant benefits
Location: Kings Cross, Central London
This role is on an initial 12 month FTC
