The CRM Senior Support Analyst - SQL Specialist Role:

The CRM Senior Support Analyst - SQL Specialist is responsible for management, delivery and support (issues/bugs, break/fix problems, service requests, small system changes and ad-hoc queries) effectively and in accordance with agreed service levels, standards and processes working remotely and locally with business users and external clients. With strong SQL skills, CRM Senior Support Analyst will provide the support, guidance and training to the CRM Support Team.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Expert in SQL & TSQL
+ Knowledge of MS products
+ Have experience of providing IT support in a similar role 
+ Have an understanding of IT operational support frameworks, including incident management, problem management, change control, service level measurement and reporting
+ Be self-motivated with a "can do" attitude in responding to the challenges presented by front-line IT support 
+ Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills 
+ Have good verbal and written communication skills
+ Able to establish priorities from among a number of demands
+ Can assimilate information and ideas from a wide source to make informed decisions
+ Ability to look beyond day to day tasks and see the ability to create more reusability in the work they're doing
+ Understanding Business - needs to have an awareness and sensitivity to the business processes and needs which require technology

Desirable:

+ Shell scripting
+ An understanding of or qualification in ITIL would be an advantage
