Responsible for maintaining the Proclaim application.   

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining and developing the Proclaim system

Developing workflows using Tasks and Linked Actions, auto routines and maths codes

Creating new documents and letters

Designing and rolling out new screens

Maintaining and updating existing screens

SMS/Email Template creation

Advanced report building

Import/ Export routines, directory monitoring and task server maintenance

Creating Reports - using advanced reporting and SQL

Server/Environment set up and management

Undertake deployments (typically early morning)

Supporting the Accounts module

Secure Docs/E-Signatures

Skills / Attributes Required

Extensive knowledge of:-

Workflow & Database Maintenance

Proclaim web services & MI Data Warehouse

Ability to create procedures that will integrate the firms case management system with 3^rd parties

Competence with creating custom reports in Proclaim & Accounts

Release Management

Desired skills / attributes

2 years' experience of maintaining and developing Proclaim case management software

Extensive experience in MIWH and Accounts
