Your Role 

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will join our client's award-winning Development Team and take the lead of the design and development of new products. Seeing products through all stages of their lifecycle, you'll have a clear sense of ownership of the products you are involved with. 

Specifically, you will lead on projects from initial scope right through to retirement. You'll have the chance to demonstrate your creative and technical skills, influencing everything from the electronics of the product to the form, fit and function it will take. 

The product range is split between distinct but complimentary areas: partial discharge detection products that are involved with high speed sampling and LV automation which are high current, low cost, mass deployment items. You'll be uniquely placed to help define and facilitate products across both of these areas and become involved with topics such as Smart Networks. 

About You 

To be considered as the Senior Electronics Engineer, you will need: 

- FPGA and/or VHDL design experience 
- A solid understanding of electronics design with experience in both analogue and digital sectors 
- Knowledge of embedded design and programming in C/C++ 
- A degree (or equivalent) in electronics, physics or a related subject
