Provide technical expertise and support for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and associated systems, optimally leveraging the functionality offered by the system to meet the needs of different users.

Responsible for scoping, designing and implementing business processes within the systems to support the delivery of the client's corporate priorities. This requires supporting stakeholders to clearly define requirements with identifiable business and customer experience benefits. Then, through applying in-depth system knowledge, designing and delivering best practice solutions to ensure maximum cost-benefit impact.

Ensure the on-going stability and viability of the system by ensuring adherence to clear change control processes and by maintaining the underlying application structures and processes to ensure the most efficient, effective and streamlined approach possible.

Ensure compliance of the systems with legal and regulatory expectations and manage related risks.

*Ideally coding

*For the work on the bigger project I also need someone who has experience of delivery to a programme board and working on a larger scale project with multiple deliverables

1. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure specification of comprehensive sets of requirements aligned to business and customer objectives with clearly defined benefits.

2. Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and evaluate the business processes against the standard functionality. Apply technical understanding of the system to provide best practice advice for all required business processes

3. Configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics to achieve the desired objectives, including the creation and maintenance of workflows

4. Documentation of business requirements and functional design specifications to define the approach

5. Use experience of the application of formal project methodologies to manage all change in a defined and controlled manner and in compliance with the IT system change processes.

6. Identify the impact of new releases from Microsoft, regression test and make amendments to the configuration where required to ensure continuity of service.

7. Investigate new functionality available in Microsoft releases and identify anything that could be of benefit to AQA to support existing or new business requirements.
