An international Reinsurance firm are looking for an in-house Legal Counsel.

Our client is an international organisation with significant interests in the global Reinsurance market. They have a presence in the London insurance market, a key area of growth for the organisation, into which they are investing in attracting a number of senior profiles across various business areas. I am supporting them with their search for an in-house Legal Counsel

They are looking for a lawyer with solid corporate experience to join their team in London, supporting their global General Counsel. This is a very broad position, in which the focus of the role will be on a mix of corporate and commercial matters with a Global, group wide remit, but with considerable focus on their London insurance arm.

Its a great role for broadening your legal skill-set and working in a fast paced, growing organisation, in which you will be given considerable autonomy and the opportunity to develop a function in what is a newly created position.

It is essential that you will have experience in the insurance market, ideally with a reinsurance focus. Current or prior in-house experience is preferred, with a minimum of 4 years PQE.

There is a very attractive salary and discretionary element on offer for the successful candidate.
