My client has recently redesigned and relaunched its website. It's recruiting a contract Website Manager to ensure that the website content continues to evolve, that new reporting processes are embedded and to support the website team in day-to-day management of the website.

Main duties and responsibilities:

*Scope and deliver the next content-driven phase of the website's development:

oInterview key stakeholders to understand their needs

oDevelop a plan for new functionality, information architecture and content creation

oBrief and liaise with external web development agency to deliver new functionality

oManage the website team and internal colleagues to develop the necessary copy, imagery and video

*Maintain the BAU management of the website

oManage our relationship with our external web development agency, which will include briefing, prioritising of job tickets and working with them to deliver UX requirements

oOverseeing the Website Team and support its workflow

oDeliver web reporting, providing reports and insights to influence decision making, digital marketing and content strategy

oHandle internal stakeholder relationships, managing expectation, providing advice and guidance and maintaining the profile of the website

oProvide insight and direction, as necessary, to content contributors and key stakeholders to ensure the website adheres to compliance, regulations and best practise.

Skills & Experience

*Experience of managing a website team

*Experience of working on a large website with ongoing development needs

*Experience of working with a third-party developer

*An advanced GA user. Experience of Google Data Studio would also be desirable

*Customer driven, with experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships

*Track record of delivering of web technology consistent with current trends in online media including managing and uploading online content.

*Ability to identify and assess improvements to processes and procedures
