My client is looking for a Change and Communications Consultant who is knowledgeable in full learning cycle and with eLearning development knowledge that can work from home, but will need to travel at times to go to the London office, and also some flexibility to travel at times to support client engagements whether in UK, Europe or possibly further afield.

The Requirement:

Working on a project for a pharma client this will be a role that requires a combination of change management and change communications knowledge, as well as a mix of strategic and hands-on tactical skills, specifically around:
 Finding, creating and telling the story or narrative for the change and developing key messagesCreating and delivering change and communications strategies and plans that understand the scale, nature and complexity of the changeAnalysing and managing stakeholders and developing stakeholder engagement strategiesAssessing change impacts, benefits and resistanceProducing a range of communications and engagement deliverables and activities, including intranet and email content, engagement decks, presentations, toolkits, videos; this will involve collaborating closely with our in-house design studioBuilding, supporting and sustaining a change agent networkDeveloping and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organisation
The Person:
 Degree educated or equivalent with at extensive knowledge in change management and/or change communications, working on complex, large-scale global business change programmes that impact technology, processes and people (ways of working)Show evidence in the following change management activities and deliverables - strategy and planning, stakeholder analysis, building and sustaining effective change agent/adoption networks; undertaking and using change impact assessments; benefits measurement and managementShow evidence in the following change communications activities and deliverables - communications strategy and planning, stakeholder engagement, use of communications channels, producing engaging communications material that demonstrates a creative mind-set and approachStrong understanding of the concept and practice of business change and how people go through change, demonstrable knowledge of applying change methodologies in projects or programmes and ideally underpinned by a change qualification such as Prosci or APMGStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deal confidently with senior stakeholders whilst connecting with all levels of an organisation, being someone who can guide, advise and quickly establish trusted relationships as well as being pragmatic and hands-on delivery focused
